Two men are in custody in connection with last month's robbery at a Pasco cherry stand.

The robbery happened on June 17th when a juvenile selling cherries on Court Street at Road 60 was robbed at knife point.

According to Pasco Police, surveillance video from residents in a nearby neighborhood and cell phone images from the victim helped officers identify the getaway car involved in the midday robbery.

That led to the questioning and ultimate arrest Thursday of Steve McIntyre, 27, Pasco. He faces charges for Robbery, and his car, a silver Mazda 626, was impounded while investigators apply for a search warrant.

Officers then questioned Douglas Gallup, 26, who was being held in the Benton County Jail on unrelated charges. He now faces new charges for Robbery.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact the Pasco Police Department at (509)628-0333 and reference PP19-16923 Robbery, or leave a tip through Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers.
