PASCO, Wash. - Two men walked into the Sleep Inn in Pasco on Monday morning, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded cash. Police on patrol located the suspect vehicle downtown just hours after the robbery.

During the traffic stop which occurred at 3:10 Monday morning, officials determined that the two men in the vehicle not only matched the description of the suspects in Monday's crime, but also fit the description of the men who robbed a Kennewick hotel over the weekend.

The Kennewick Police Department alerted Pasco PD to the matching descriptions. Other Pasco officers came to assist in the traffic stop and both men were arrested and booked into the Franklin County Jail on an investigative hold for Robbery First Degree.
