KENNEWICK, Wash.-- Kennewick Police tracked down a theft suspect Monday evening, after he allegedly stole items from a store.


Officers responded to a businesses in the 3600 block of W. Clearwater Ave. just after 8:00 PM Monday, after employees reported that a man had allegedly concealed a item, then walked out of the business without paying for it.


An officer spotted the suspect walking along Union, but he started running The suspect hopped over a fence into a private yard on W. Albany.


Police officers found James Belisle, 31, hiding in some bushes. He was taken into custody and booked into the Benton County Jail suspicion of theft.
