Parking Plan Proposed For Kennewick Entertainment Center

The Kennewick City Council   gave a thumbs up to a resolution agreeing to help develop a parking plan to support the Toyota Center and the expanded convention center.The city's Evelyn Lusignan  said they will add up to 1,000 parking spaces. Voters will decide August 2nd  whether they want the city to build a Multi-Purpose Entertainment Facility, including a  Broadway-Caliber Theater
