WA OIC Extends Two Orders

Washington Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler has extended both his order requiring health insurers to waive copays and deductibles for COVID-19 testing, and his order protecting consumers from receiving surprise bills for lab fees related to medically necessary diagnostic testing for for the virus.

Extensions will last until Sept. 5
