Shootings Up in Seattle

King County still seeing a big jump in gun violence, with deadly shootings in the first nine months of the year already exceeding that of 2020. Police there responding almost 1-thousand-40 shots fired calls, 73 of those turning fatal. That doesn't count suicides, confirmed self-inflicted shootings or officer-involved shootings. 2021 has seen 14 more deadly shooting victims and 86 more non-fatal shooting victims through September.
