Pasco votes in favor of dealing with the odor from marijuana

There are new rules in place for marijuana grow operations in Pasco.

The city council approved a code that goes beyond state law and requires the pot growers to properly deal with the odors related to such operations.

The council also approved a measure that requires the clean up of blighted property in the city and imposes fines.
