Former Pasco School District employees accused of inappropriate relationship with student

One man is in custody and another faces charges for allegedly having sexual relationships with a student.

Pasco Police say 34-year old Darrell Thomas Palomo is being held at the Franklin County Jail on an investigative hold for Sexual Misconduct.

The former Chiawana High School security guard allegedly had a dating and sexual relationship with student at the school.

Investigators say they have interviewed a second suspect, who is suspected of having a relationship with the same teen while working at Chiawana as a para-educator.

The Franklin County Prosecutor's Office is consider whether to file charges in that case.

Shane Edinger with the Pasco School District says both men resigned earlier this year, before the district learned about the allegations.

Pasco Police and school district officials say they don't believe there are any other victims, but are asking anyone with information about other possible incidents to contact the polie department.
