(Olympia, WA) --State cybersecurity experts are warning companies about the possibility of Russian-led cyberattacks following the nation's military invasion of Ukraine. Washington's Center for Information Assurance says Russian-led cyberwarfare would put America's electric grid, utility systems, financial institutions, and even water systems at high risk. It could also mean heightened vigilance at local financial institutions or research sites like Hanford and PNNL.

The Boeing Employee Credit Union announced it is increasing its actions to protect data through monitoring, system scanning, alerting and threat management. Other organizations are also expected to do the same.
