A 21-year-old man and two teens are in jail, booked on charges stemming from a home-invasion robbery Sunday night in Kennewick.

Investigators say the 73-year-old victim was asleep in her living room recliner when the trio broke in, put a pillow case over her head and duct-taped her to the chair. The three suspects then stole items including guns from her house.

About an hour later, after she did not hear any voices, was able to free herself and get to a neighbor's house to call police.

Officers say a van parked near the 200 block of E. Columbia Drive Monday morning was found to have some of the items involved in the burglary, which officers could see through the window. From the van information, officers identified the three suspects that were found in a home off Columbia Dr.

The suspects have been identified as Eric Rosas and two juvenile brothers ages 14 and 12. They all face robbery and burglary charges.

Kennewick police said on their Facebook the victim received treatment for minor injuries. They also used the Community Care Fund to have all of her locks changed.
