(Richland, WA) -- Richland Police Department says they will limit motorized vehicles at Glenwood Overlook Park, also known as, “Top of the World Park, in an effort to promote what they say, is a safer user experience. The park, also known as “Top of the World Park,” will be limited to non-motorized access effective April 29. Police say there have been unfortunate incidents of malicious mischief, vandalism of infrastructure, and crimes against people. Users may park in the cul-de-sac at the end of Glenwood Court or the gravel parking lot south of the hill on Englewood Drive. Crews are placing signage and other barriers to restrict vehicular access. The park opens at dawn and closes at dusk.
