Pasco working with ACLU on council district changes

Like Yakima, Pasco has been threatened with a lawsuit if it doesn't make changes to council districts that fairly represent the voters.

City manager Dave Zabel says the ACLU provided population figures from 2010 to base changes to council districts.

But the population has grown by 8,000 since then, Zabel hopes that can be resolved by next fall.
