Pasco Police use taser to subdue man who punched, bit officers

A Pasco man was tased after assaulting police officers following a brawl with police at 7th and A Street Monday night. Officers were responding to reports that a man was yelling, threatening to kill a woman at around 10PM. 32-year old Salvador L. Morfin was arrested, charged with assault after punching three officers and biting one of them. The officer who was bit received medical attention and a tetanus shot. None of the officers are expected to miss work as a result of their injuries.
