One Arrested After Party Shooting in Kennewick

(Kennewick, WA) -- Gunfire causing panic at a party in Kennewick early Friday morning. Officers responded to the 7900 block of 5th Avenue at 12:19am for reports of a disturbance with a weapon.

23 year old Moises Silva allegedly shot at another male both inside and outside the residence. The alleged victim has been identified, but left the scene prior to police arrival. The extent of his injuries is unknown, but area hospitals have been notified.

Silva was booked in Benton County Jail for 2 counts of 2nd degree Assault.
