Level 3 Sex Offender To Reside In Richland

The Benton County Sheriff's Office is notifying the public of of a Level 3 Sex Offender moving to a Richland neighborhood.

22-year old Joseph Anthony Hall was convicted Communication With a Minor For Immoral Purposes.

Hall is to reside in the 1300 block of Potter Avenue.

He has been trespassed from all schools, parks, libraries, and public swimming
pools in both Benton and Franklin Counties.

Hall is  Currently under DOC Supervision.

The Sexual Assault Response Center is available 24 hours a day to provide advocacy, information, referrals, and crisis
