Kennewick Man Arrested on Manslaughter Charges After Fatal Shooting

(Kennewick, WA) -- KPD investigators have a suspect in custody after a shooting on the 1300 block of W 10th Avenue late last [Monday] night. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital but died from his injuries. 27-year-old Jawan Osby has since been detained on 2nd degree manslaughter charges. The investigation remains ongoing.
