HERMISTON, Ore. - Students in Hermiston School District now have access to a health clinic at their high school.


The Wellness Clinic at Hermiston high School will be staffed by Good Shepherd Urgent Care Medical Providers and will be open on Mondays from 8 a.m. to noon and on Wednesdays from noon to 4 p.m.


The clinic will support illness evaluation and treatment, vaccines, routine physical exams, and sports physicals. Students under the age of 18 must have a parental consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian and a completed medical history form in order to receive care.


Parents, students, and staff members can schedule appointments by calling (541) 667-6199 or they can walk-in during the hours of operation to receive services.
