With some fanfare Washington state Republican party chairman Susan Hutchison announced the 41 delegates that will head to Cleveland for the National Republican Convention.

Who will they support? Most vowed to support the party's choice, but 40 of the 41 delegates said they like Texas Senator Ted Cruz over Donald Trump. Hutchinson says the delegates are bound to voting for what the voters decided in the state Primary on Tuesday. The only way delegates can vote their own preference is if the national convention takes a second vote, which Hutchinson says is unlikely.

At this point, Trump is very close to receiving the votes he needs to secure the Republican presidential nomination, and California still has not cast its votes.

Every district in the state is sending three delegates to Cleveland.
