Deadly Fire in Kennewick Monday Night

(Kennewick, WA) -- A 65-year-old woman has died in what was originally reported to emergency dispatch as an explosion. This happened Monday night around 6:15pm off 228 North Quincy Street in Kennewick. That's right near where Quincy meets Clearwater Ave. Authorities rushed to the scene and found the victim deceased inside the home, along with a small fire. The Fire Marshall is investigating. Right now, it's not clear how the woman died, or the cause of the fire.
