City of Pasco Dedicates K9 Memorial at City View Cemetery

(Pasco, WA) -- The City of Pasco dedicated its new K9 Memorial at City View Cemetery on Memorial Day in honor of military, police, and service dogs. Watch the full dedication below.

The Memorial is located at the back end of the cemetery off 1300 N Oregon Avenue.
