Attempted Auto Theft Leads to Gunfire

(Kennewick, WA) -- Kennewick Police were called out to the Maverik gas station at 4306 Clearwater Ave early Friday morning for about an attempted auto theft. The victim told officers that another man had attempted to steal his van, and moments later fired a shot at the victims vehicle. A round actually stuck the van, but the victim was not injured. Police in Kennewick say right now, the incident is isolated
