Amazon.com faces a $350,000 fine after Federal Aviation Administration says it sent potentially hazardous materials without proper packaging.

Officials say the company sent a corrosive drain cleaner in the mail October 15th, 2014 from Kentucky to Colorado.

The package of the one-gallon “Amazing, LIQUID FIRE,” leaked causing nine UPS workers to be treated for coming into contact with the chemical. The FAA says the package was not properly packaged and not declared for containing dangerous goods. Also they say Amazon.com failed to include emergency response information on the package.

Amazon has 30 days to respond to the letter.
