Kennewick Police have three people in custody in connection with a drive-by shooting that was reported early Thursday morning.

Police responded to a report of shots fired shortly after 5:00am in the 1000 block of W. Entiat, where they found several shell casings but no damage.

Witnesses provided officers with a description of a suspect vehicle, which was stopped a short time later in the Big 5 parking lot at the corner of 4th and Vineyard in Kennewick.

Inside the gray sedan without license plates, police located two handguns and at least one unspent bullet.

Police say the driver, William Perez, 23, faces charges for drive-by shooting and also had outstanding warrants.

Front seat passenger, Miguel Perez, 19, was arrested for drive-by shooting.

Officers also identified 18 year-old Jasmine Bass and her 2 month-old infant as rear seat passengers.

Bass could face endangerment charges.
