Teen Shot Near Kennewick Supermarket

(Kennewick WA) -- A teen boy is recovering after being shot in the arm after an apparent confrontation outside the Yoke's Fresh Market off West 27th Ave and South Olympia Street in Kennewick Friday afternoon. The Kennewick Police Department says they responded to the scene around 4:00pm after multiple calls for shots fired in the area. The boy is not said to have had life threatening injuries. This apparently arose after a confrontation between a group of kids who were hanging out in the Yoke's parking lot and two adult men. The men fled away after the shooting and police say they are still searching for them at this time.
