Suspect Arrested In Alleged Pasco Stabbing

A-33-year old Pasco man is in jail after police say he stabbed another for not helping him obtain drugs.

Rigoberto Lopez Magallon, was arrested Tuesday, and is being held in the Franklin County Jail on an investigative hold for first-degree assault.

Pasco Police posted photos of two suspects involved in a downtown stabbing earlier this week on Facebook.

As a result, one of the males in the photos was identified, located, and interviewed by officers and detectives.

He was recharacterized as a witness and was free to go.

The second suspect, Lopez Magallon, was located Tuesday and taken into custody.
