After a long court battle, the city of Seattle has to pay.

The city of Seattle will pay 250-thousand dollars to a 74-year-old man who sued the Seattle Police Department after officers handcuffed him and held him at gunpoint in his own home. Retired computer programmer Howard McCay says he was taking a nap at his home in February of 2019 when he woke up to find a group of armed officers in his home.
