Port of Benton hires new airport manager

The Port of Benton has hired Joseph Walker as its new airport manager.

Walker previously worked for the City of Vancouver's Pearson Field Airport, and has a Bachelor's of Science in Aviation Administration from Utah Valley University.

Walker will oversee management of the airports in Richland and Prosser, managing overall safe operations, projects, master plans, and lease administration for both facilities.

"We are very excited to have Joe Walker join our team to support the growth of both our general aviation airports," said Port of Benton Executive Director Diahann Howard.
