Missing Pasco Boy

Pasco Police say they are searching for 8YO Edgar Casian who has not been seen since September and his parents claim they don't know where he might be…two of his siblings, 9 and 3, recently turned up in Tijuana, Mexico, under alarmingly dangerous conditions, police say.

Detectives have been dealing with parents and stepparents who should know where Edgar is, but claim they don’t.
