(Kennewick, WA) -- One man is in custody after breaking into Over the Rainbow Child Care on 4th Avenue in Kennewick over the weekend. An employee called police around 10:46am Saturday, saying the door to the back of building had been kicked in. Officers arrived and found 39-year-old Robert Stickley inside.
