Man arrested for shooting, killing his father

A 19-year old Outlook man is in custody after deputies with the Yakima County Sheriff's Office say he shot and killed his father Wednesday morning.

Sunnyside police were called out to a home in the 200 block of Tomlinson Road for a report of a shooting victim and suicidal subject.

They found Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez, Jr., 43, Outlook, suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was taken to Sunnyside Hospital where he died.

Investigators say his son was arrested on domestic violence murder charges.
