Kennewick one of the best cities in the nation for trick-or-treating

One of the best places to go trick-or-treating across the nation, is right here in the Tri-Cities.

Evelyn Lusignan with the city of Kennewick says finding the area in the number three spot in the study done by SmartAsset.com is not surprising. She says last year Kennewick came in fourth. She says it only emphasizes how safe and welcoming the community is.

According to survey data, the area also scored high when it came to the weather forecast, with a small chance of rain and decent temperatures for the season.

The only other Washington or Oregon city on the list was Yakima, sitting at 17th. Nampa, Idaho and Orem, Utah took the first and second spots.
