Kennewick House Fire Under Investigation

(Kennewick, WA) -- Crews from the Kennewick Fire Department rushed to the scene of a home burning off 5604 West Metaline around 3:40am Thursday. Firefighters arrived within 6 minutes of being called out and found flames shooting from the windows of the home, which as of right now appears to be unoccupied. The blaze was brought under control within 24 minutes, but the home itself is so badly damaged, it can no longer be occupied. Fire officials have not been able to make contact with the home's owner, and the cause is under investigation. No one was hurt.
