Franklin PUD taking measures to protect customers, staff from COVID-19
PASCO, Wash.-- While there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Benton or Franklin Counties, local organizations are taking steps to implement social distancing practices to help slow down the spread of the virus.
Starting Tuesday, March 17th, Franklin PUD will close its walk-in customer service lobby and auditorium to the public.
Customers can make payments through Franklin PUD's drive-thru at the at the location at 1411 W. Clark St. in Pasco. Starting Monday, March 16, the drive-thru hours will be extended from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and will continue through at least May 1st.
Payments can also be made online through SmartHub, the SmartHub smart phone app, or at one of several drop boxes in Pasco and Connell.
