Convicted Felon In Custody After Crash And Chase

Pasco Police have a 28-year old man in custody, after he ran a stop sign near 18th and Pearl Friday afternoon.

The suspect's white Hyundai struck another vehicle at 20th and Agate.

Andrew Dubail then took off on foot and flashed a gun.

As officers chased the suspect, he dropped the weapon.

Dubail is a convicted felon and unregistered sex offender, from Snohomish County.

Police say he is also wanted for package theft and identity fraud.

After arresting Dubail, police discovered the license plates on the Hyundai were stolen.
