Yakima Semi-Truck Driver Involved in Fatal Accident

LAKEWOOD, Wash. - A Yakima semi truck driver was involved in a fatal accident in Lakewood Tuesday night.

Washington State Patrol reports that two motorcyclists were speeding and weaving through traffic lanes, when one of them lost control and hit the semi-truck.

That motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.

The roadways was blocked for almost 4 hours while they cleared the scene. No one else involved was injured.
