(Pullman, WA) - Washington State University and the University of Idaho are pledging a combined one-million dollars to help build a new terminal at Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport. Officials for both universities say travel demand for people connected to their schools has climbed over the past ten years. Between 2009 and 2019, the number of passengers traveling through the airport increased by more than 130-percent. The new terminal is expected to cost 61-million dollars, with most of that coming from federal funds.
