UPDATE: Tracking COVID-19 cases in the Tri-Cities

KENNEWICK, Wash.- New figures released from the Benton-Franklin Health District Saturday, March 21, 2020 show five new positive COVID-19 cases and one previously reported case of a Benton Co man in his 70's who passed away.

Of the five new cases, all are in Benton Co, three men and two women, all were in their 50's or older.

In total, nine cases have been confirmed, seven in Benton Co and two in Franklin Co. Two deaths from our area are lab-confirmed, while the third was not a positive test, but has been epidemiologically-linked to a known case.
