Two Washington National Parks Among Most Dangerous in the Country

(Pierce County, WA) -- Mount Rainier and Olympic national parks are among the most dangerous parks in the United States. That's according to a new analysis of national parks from online outdoor research guide Outforia. The report shows that between 2018 and 2020, Mount Rainier had the 9th highest number of search and rescue incidents in the country. Olympic National Park had the 13th highest.
