Two In Custody in Connection with Deadly Shooting That Spawned Several Crime Scenes

(Kennewick, WA) -- Two people have been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old man in Kennewick. The victim was shot last Wednesday in the area of South Dayton and West 1st Street, then dropped off at the Kadlec ER off 395 and 19th Ave where he died from his injuries. It was on Monday that Kennewick police arrested 26-year-old Ramon Candido for suspicion of 2nd degree murder and 23-year-old Beatriz Terrazas for suspicion of rendering criminal assistance in the 1st degree.
