Transgender Initiative Could be on November ballot

A group is hoping to reverse a Human Rights Commission ruling that transgender people have access to both men and women's restrooms.

Joesph Backholm with the group "Just Want Privacy" says they are seeking an initiative that would reverse  the ruling, end the liability for businesses and require gender specific bathrooms.

Backholm says they need  246 thousand signatures to get the issue on the November ballot.
