Court records show 23-year-old George Harris turned himself in to police, and he admitted to firing his gun. He told officers that he was jumped, so he pulled his gun and started shooting. He also told police that shots were also fired at him. Police say 23-year-old Liban Barre of Kent was killed in the shooting, and 22-year-old WSU football wide receiver Brandon Gray was wounded. He's in stable condition. Harris made his first court appearance yesterday, and bond was set at ten-thousand dollars.
