KENENWICK, Wash.-- Kennewick Police say a shooting victim drove himself to the hospital Sunday night, following a shooting at the Econolodge in Kennewick.

Officers responded to the hotel on Highway 395 at about 8:30 p.m., then learned that the victim had arrived at Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco a short time later.

The 38-year old victim was treated for his wounds and then released.

Investigators say they don't believe there is any threat to the public, because the victim and the alleged shooter know each other, and the victim is believed to have been the victim of the assault.
