One dead in early morning rollover accident in Franklin County
A Kennewick woman dead in a rollover accident on Highway 395 early Friday morning.
According to troopers with the Washington State Patrol, 22-year old Kelilla Hughes was driving a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser south on SR 395 when the vehicle went off the road and into the median at about 3:44 a.m.
Troopers say Hughes died at the scene.
Keisha Rivera from Pasco was a passenger in the car. She was injured in the accident and taken to Kadlec Medical Center for treatment.
Investigators said neither woman was wearing a seatbelt.
WSP is investigating.
