Man drives into Moses Lake aquatic center building

A man is behind bars after crashing into an aquatic center in Moses Lake causing substantial damage.

Moses Lake police say Thursday night a driver was traveling at a high rate of speed before witnesses say he left the road, drove across the parking lot and crashing into the Moses Lake Family Aquatic Center.

No one was hurt in the crash but police say the car did cause substantial damage to the car and the building.

The driver, Edgar Diaz-Roman was arrested and cited for DUI.
