Hermiston Police investigating shooting death

HERMISTON, Ore.-- Officers responding to a report of an unresponsive male at a home in the 300 block of East Francolin Ave. in Hermiston Tuesday morning found that man had died from a gunshot wound.

The Umatilla/Morrow Major Crime Team responded to the scene to help in the investigation, along with Oregon State Police, the Umatilla County Sheriff's Office, and other agencies.

The victim's name hasn't been released yet, and investigators are trying to identify possible suspects.
