Kasich and Trump plan possible visits to Washington ahead of primary

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -Republican presidential nominees may be in Washington state this coming week ahead of the state primary.

Donald Trump maybe in Washington this weekend, though no details of a Washington visit have been officially released.

John Kasich is also likely to visit the state next Monday, though his campaign has not yet released any further details.

The state Republican Party announced Tuesday that Kasich would attend the party's state convention on May 19.

Washington state's presidential primary is on May 24, with 44 delegates at stake.
