Benton Franklin Superior Judge Named

Governor Jay Inslee has named Jacqueline Stam to the Benton-Franklin County Superior Court, replacing the retiring Judge Carrie Runge.

Stam currently serves on the Benton-Franklin Superior Court Commission...before that, she practiced family law and mediation in Richland.

Judge Runge steps down July 30th after more than 17 years on the bi-county bench.
