A 66-year-old has died after being rescued from his motor home which caught fire in a Pasco trailer park over a week ago.

The Spokane County Medical Examiner says Terry Keister of Pasco past away Wednesday. The medical examiner said he died after smoke inhalation contributed to his pre-existing heart condition, coronary heart disease.

Keister was originally taken to a local hospital before being transferred to Spokane.

Assistant Pasco Fire Chief Dave Hare says they were called around 3:10 p.m., February 14th, to a trailer which was fully engulfed in flames at the 700 block of Road 32, lot 69, at the Riviera Trailer Village.

Firefighters went defensive and knocked down the fire without causing damage to anything else in the area. Black smoke could been seen for several miles off Highway 395.
