Toppenish Teacher and Vice Principal Accused

Toppenish High School Vice Principal and English teacher, John and Bertha Cerna, have been accused of selling drugs and alcohol to students, as well as having sexual encounters.

Now the Yakima County Sheriff's Office is investigating all allegations of underage students being at parties hosted by John and Bertha Cerna where students may have been provided alcohol, drugs, and sexual encounters.
