Schneider Spring Fire Update

After 48 days, the Schneider Spring Fire continues to burn.

The fire has consumed over 104-thousand acres, and remains 31% contained. Yesterday and overnight, warmer temperatures caused a slight increase in fire activity. Firefighters within the Goose Prairie and Bumping Lake area were able to remove protection measures in and around the Bumping Lake campground due to this area now being identified as low risk.
